Terms of service
Last updated: · Version 2026-11-04
Scope
These terms govern the use of the website and requests for information sent to IDEA21Design, owned by Tetiana Virovka, NIF/NIE Y5134271H, Plaza Sant Antoni, 8, 08182 Sant Feliu de Codines, Barcelona, España. Contact: idea21design@ukr.net.
The website has no payment or automatic contracting. Sending a form, enquiring about a capsule or having a preliminary conversation does not amount to accepting a quote and does not oblige you to sign a contract.
Request and proposal
To study a request we may ask for information about the space, needs, location, approximate budget or available materials. You must provide sufficient information and correct contact details, and be authorised to share any documents or images you send. Please avoid sending especially sensitive data or third-party documents that are not necessary.
After reviewing the request, the studio may suggest a meeting or prepare a quote. The specific offer will set out the scope, deliverables, revisions, responsibilities, schedule, price, taxes, payments and, where relevant, conditions of supply, transport and installation. Sending the form does not guarantee any response or completion time.
Projects, suppliers and capsules
The scope may include interior design, creative concepts or the selection and coordination of furniture, lighting, textiles, decoration, tableware and other items. The involvement of suppliers or specialists, their obligations and the costs will be detailed in the corresponding proposal.
ICÔNE 21 is presented through collection concepts. Before any contract, the final composition, materials, dimensions, availability, total price, transport and other relevant conditions will be confirmed in writing. Variations or substitutions are not deemed accepted simply because an image appears on the site.
Changes, cancellations and rights
Changes of scope, postponements or cancellations are governed by the individual agreement and the applicable law. These terms do not create penalties, warranty exclusions or a generic returns policy for services or goods that have not yet been contracted.
If a distance contract with a consumer gives rise to a right of withdrawal or other information obligations, the corresponding conditions and procedure will be provided before contracting. Legal exceptions, including those that may affect personalised goods or services started at the express request of the client, will not be applied automatically or without the requirements set by law. Consumers' non-waivable rights are preserved.
Content and liability
Journal content is informative and does not replace a technical assessment of the property or the permits or work of qualified professionals. Rights over projects and deliverables and their authorised uses will be set in the individual agreement.
The studio will be liable under the legally applicable terms. No clause on this page seeks to exclude liability that cannot be limited or to reduce mandatory rights.
Questions and changes
Questions or complaints can be sent to idea21design@ukr.net or to the owner's address. Future changes to these terms will be published with a new date and will not by themselves modify contracts already concluded. The applicable law in Spain and the legally required rules on jurisdiction apply.
